Something different from Canon USA: they have launched a crowdfunding campaign (on Indiegogo) for their new “SwingRec” Golf Camera. This latest product is an ultra-wide-angle camera that captures a golf swing with hands-free AI-triggered recording, and through a companion app, can provide real-time feedback and visual analysis with video overlays. Early bird pricing starts at $279.
Canon USA is not new to using crowdfunding to test new products in the market — they launched their PowerShot PICK cameras on the same platform in 2022.
